Beijing International Health Tourism Expo (HTE) is China's first international health tourism exhibition steered by the competent state authorities and hosted by Sunny Communications. The Expo aims to promote industrial exchanges and cooperation and push forward the development of the health tourism market in coordination with international health tourism platforms.

In response to the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Health Tourism released by five state ministries and commissions, the 1st HTE will build an exchange and trading platform integrating academic research, product R&D, product presentation, product sales and industrial cooperation. With sectors including competent health and tourism authorities, tourism institutions, medical institutions, health tourism, traditional Chinese medicine and medical cosmetology, the Expo will bring together a large number of exhibitors from home and abroad. Domestic and foreign professional buyers will be invited to purchase health tourism products. China International Health Tourism Forum, Health Tourism Product Promotion Conference and other special events will be held concurrently. The Expo is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors and nearly 200 media outlets.

HTE will become an international health tourism exhibition with Chinese characteristics and China's number one health tourism exhibition brand.
