PATA Adventure Travel Conference and Mart 2017 is a major event of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), as well as China's first professional international special interest tourism event. It was held successfully in Luoyang, Henan Province in April 2017. 

Themed "Adventure Vivifies Travel", steered by the China National Tourism Administration and the People's Government of Henan Province, hosted by the Henan Tourism Administration and the Luoyang Municipal People's Government, supported by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), PATA, the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) and the China Association for the Promotion of Development Financing (CAPDF), the event brought together representatives of nearly 400 institutions from more than 30 countries and regions including China, the U.S., the UK, France and Germany, as well as 20 Chinese provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions including Fujian, Jilin and Guangdong, and achieved a total contract amount of RMB 380 million. The event enhanced the image of Henan as an international tourism destination, promoted Henan's exchanges and cooperation with the international tourism circles, and played a groundbreaking role in the construction and innovative development of China's adventure tourism system.
